Jason

Jason is a project scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, CO. He grew up in State College, Pennsylvania and attended Penn State as an undergraduate. In 1993, Jason fled the choking haze and humidity of the East and moved to Fort Collins, Colorado for graduate school at Colorado State University. He has lived in various towns along the Front Range since then. For a sense of Jason's interests, see these links.

Jennifer

Jennifer is a librarian and assistant professor at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She was born in Colorado, and has lived here all her life except a short stint in the Midwest for graduate school. Jennifer loves motherhood, reading, hiking (though she doesn't get much opportunity for that these days), and knitting. Her favorite book is Les Miserables, her favorite hiking trail is Grey Rock outside of Fort Collins, and her favorite baby is Elias (see our photographs and you'll know why).

Elias

Elias William was born on 25 March 2006, a cool and cloudy day, but one without snow, which in Colorado is far from guaranteed in early spring. He has an inquisitive and pleasant nature, and is a source of endless delight to his parents and grandparents. Eli's interests include ceiling fans, balloons, trains, the sun and moon, opening and closing doors, and eating capers.
